MAACO AUTO BODY/Darsco Inc OWNER:Dave L Wilson Corporate Ryan Boyle Disrespected as a customer of MAACO when i was told to remove my complaint an overhead door slammed in my face council bluffs, Iowa

 I took my car to Maaco auto body Council Bluffs, Iowa for a full body block sand an Paint an extra attention to the inperfections as in deep sand scratchs in primer an pin holes.As i was getting estiment i asked that the body line behind door would be filled in an hood aligned i was told not a problem.I had just purchased 4 brand new weld draglite rims an new bfg's for my car i asked "do you have wheel covers"was also told yes.So ending up leaving car there for the Paint an body to be done.A few days later i got a phone call from bob at Maaco asking for 300$ more to fix some of the deeper scratchs an pin holes.So now im 300$ over estiment which i didnt have a problem with i wanted it done right.Came back around a week later i walked up to car in shop all four wheels are half painted at this point i am not real happy.Looked over paint an the whole car had like a sparkle in the paint.Cleaned off hood an it was like little peices of dirt that sat on the paint before it could dry so now i am really lookin over the car the body line that we talked about was not filled in they shrugged there shoulders at me an the front valance still had to stainless clips hangin off so you know the front valance wasnt block sanded is not possible to run a block over the clips.Common sense.Car is pretty dusty an dont really wanna mess with the paint.I am asking the guy why dose the paint look like that an why wasnt the things i payed for done.He said i cant read your mind.I said you guys called asking for more money yet nothing got done.My bill says FULL BODY BLOCK SAND not here an there.He stated that if you get a buff an wet sand it will knock all the dirt off the clear coat .

So now i am lookin at another 300$ for what they call buff an cut.At this time i get ahold of corporate an tell them i wasent very happy my rims an tires where painted.I didnt get a response from corporate.I come back for the third time i am gettin my trailer ready an start walking up to the shop where my car is an the overhead door gets slammed in my face an so dose the walk in door.So now i go sit on my trailer an wait.I get waved into the office an wait while my bill is gettin ready.I was told the buff an cut was going to be at no cost.I was exspecting to pay the 300$ to have the work done.So that took me  by  surprise i asked how dose  it looked since i couldnt see it.I got a smart al"ick laugh it looks good.i pay my bill an sign my release for the car an then was told to retrack my complaint with corporate.So now it all makes sense why i am gettin the buff an cut for free.Corporate called them. Then bob says i made them look bad.So now i walk outside an my car is gettin rolled out no one is following me to go look at the car besides my brother office door gets shut behind us an car stops in middle of parking lot an all doors close.At this point all this disrespect is blowing my mind.Looking over the car now i see that there are pin holes on the trunk an no paint in the middle of the trunk.body line STILL not filled in thats the third  time i asked  for that to be done.Have a nasty buff mark about 7-8inches long across the fender onto hood pin holes  on the quarter and mud"filler" on the door an fender that rubs eachother that never got blocked down or caught.Once car was on the tariler you could really see they only wet sanding the passenger side of the car an left everything else with a orange peel so now i have a car thats half wet sanded sittin in my garage that is very obvious to see when you walk around car.I took that as when corporate called they  got pissed an sayed screw this guy an stoped right there with my car an left it half done when i was coming into pay for the buff an cut to be performed.  At this point i am done dealing with these guys i gave them 3 chances an i was gona take it up with corporate.I Emailed them  about 10 times an no response.Finally they tell me they will not fix anything because i didnt pay for body work an the owner Dave L wilson is not going to do any work for free anymore on my car.This all is still ongoing i cant get anything done there all ignoring me.So just beware an get every single thing in writting!A LIFE LESSON
