Their service is characterized by fraudulent promotional gimmicks, deceptive business practices, and incompetent paint & body work. My son's truck had a half-dollar size chip (no body damage -- only a paint chip) on the driver's door, and a scratch on the passenger's door. We took the truck in for touch-up work. Carlos Young (Manager) offered a Maaco paint job for $100 more than the touch-up repair that would "put the truck back to factory condition." Well, it didn't. In fact, he and his team completely ruined the truck's finish. It was completely covered by "orange peel" paint -- bubbled and uneven throughout the entire surface. The paint job was completely ruined by an incompetent painter, and we were duped by a fradulent Maaco franchise operator.
