STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Purchased Frontline for Dogs. It took 3 weeks for order to ship. I received zero communication from this company regarding the status of my order. When I tried to cancel the order because I had heard nothing about its status, I was declined. Company stated all sales are final and refused to cooperate or supply any shipping details. My request to cancel the order was sent BEFORE the item ever shipped. Horrible customer service and extremely rude. BUYER BEWARE!!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. IF IT'S A COUPLE BUCKS MORE EXPENSIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE, SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND BUY IT ANYWHERE BUT AT MAAK ENTERPRISES!!!!

Negative experience with Maak for pets

I too am currently having a negative experience with Maak for pets.  My story: I ordered and paid for - Revolution for dogs 86-130lbs on 16 Dec 2013.  As of today 23 Jan 2014 I have NOT received my products.  I contacted Maak 1/7/2014, via email and received correspondence 1/9/2014 basically saying they shipped my order on 18 Dec 2013 but will ship out another. 

I contacted Maak again on 1/14/2014, via email, asking for shipping tracking information as my order still had not arrived.   I have yet to get an y more email responses.  I have also called their given toll free number listing on their website several times and no one EVER has answered. 

I am frustrated with this issue especially as it seems I have bought products from a very shaddy company.  I wish i had looked at their reviews before I spent over $100.  I usually don't complain, but I need to either get my products for a full refund.  I thought I would share my experience to let others know that it is not them and perhaps other entities can "make" Maak "do right" and/or cease to exist - I am thinking the Attorney General of Texas as they list on their website that they are out of  Spring, TX 77382.  I am just really tired of waiting for products that my pets need, so now I will have to buy from another source.

Does anybody else feel this way or have suggestions as to what we, as consumers can do to either receive products paid for or get a 100% refund?
