Maak Enterprises Sent me possible counterfeit Frontline pet product that is NOT licensed for USA use Yorba Linda California

If you have pets, do NOT buy anything from this on-line company. They also sell other products, do NOT buy anything from this comapny. Go to these sites and see some of the stunts they have pulled and what a sneaky, deceptive company they are. I have also included all of their contact information.

I have had it with your sneaky, evasive deceptive company. I have sent you 5 emails now asking very simple and basic questions regarding whether or not the product I ordered is authentic and why it came from Austrailia when it was suppossed to come from the USA. Your ridiculous emails are evasive and do NOT answer my questions (One of them is included below). The idiots i talk to in your sales dept. the three times I called, pretend to be dumber than dirt. Now I find out about the massive numbers of complaints against you with the authorities - you leave me no choice - I am doing several things:

1. Sending the name of your company to my entire email list warning them about your deceptive and crooked practices.
2. I am complaining to the BBB in California and in Yorba Linda
3. I am complaining to the Attorney General in California
4. I am complaining to the US Postal dept about your practices.
5. I am complaining to your California state representative that represents your town of Yorba, Linda, Ca. and
6. I am complaining to your U.S. congressman and U.S. Representative because by using the internet to promote your deceptive and criminal activities, you are violating federal and probably international law.

I have sent you 4 emails now and still can not get a straight answer from any of you. When I call your phone number your people are very evasive and pretend to be dumber than dirt about any knowledge of your products so I am sending this one last email to you before I take further action. Below is my origianl email.

To whom it may concern.

Can someone please call us back @ xxx-xxx-8515 after 12:30 or give me a number to call you. If we are not home, please leave a message indicating when and what time you will be calling back or leave a number and time for us to call you and whom to talk to.

My most recent order from you was order # 52788, We ordered 2, 6 packs of Frontline Plus pipettes for a total of 12. Each pipette contains 0.067 ML of liquid.

The issues that we need to speak to you about are below:

1. We give our 25 lb. Shelty, 2 of these 0.67 ML pipettes once a month on the 15th. She had an application on 10/15/08 as always. Yesterday, 11-6-08, I found a tick on her the size of a grape and am concerned that your product is either defective or is not authentic. It is my understanding that this product should:

a. Kill fleas within about 12 to 18 hours and

b. Kill ticks within about 24 to 48 hours.

Since the tick was so large, again, I am concerned that since it was allowed to get that large and had not been killed or fallen off, the product may not be what it is purported to be.

2. The product that came to us has Austrailian marking and packaging. I need to know - is this the same exact chemical formulation as the product that is marked and packaged for sale in the US ? Yes or No).

3. I called Merial Corp. and returned the product to them for an exchange. They called me and said that because the product you sent me is from Austrilia and is NOT authorized to be sold in the US, that it may in fact, be counterfeit and NOT the Merial Frontline Plus product. The basis for the allegation is that they only sell to authorized US veterinarians and you are NOT a vet. They are suggesting that since you are NOT a vet that the product may not be authentic. Is your Frontline Plus the real product and not a knock off off some kind Yes or No

4. Are you in fact an authorized distributor of Merial products ?.Yes or No

the tick protection is only good for up to 2 weeks. the flea prtection is for up to a month.

When I log on to their site to check the status of my complaint ticket - I dind out that they have now deleted the ticket ??? Hmmmmmm - sounds fishy to me ?
