Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
MAB Realty took my money and never gave me my deposit back. I had to pay first and last months rent at condo in North Dallas and they ripped me off. I paid 1000.00 in deposit fees and I will only get back $75.00 Beware of this company and the landlords that work with them.

Eddie and Andrea of MAB Realty are supremely qualified professionals in property management, and have a long history in the city of Dallas. I have switched to them and have been extremely happy with them. I own 6 units that they manage, and we have had trouble with only this one, and it was the prior property manager who brought this person in. The prior manager used to let this person get away with a lot of things, like paying late all the time, and there was no deposit every collected and MAB has only tried to get them caught up in a fair professional and common sense manner. Unfortunately, there will always be no shortage of people who want to blame the world instead of making a positive impact upon it.
We are still waiting for this tenant to show us a bank statement, cash withdrawel, or any other proof that he paid the prior manager ANY security deposit at all.
