Our family's (of 8)outing turned sour almost immediately when our waiter arrived (as if in a hurry to get us in and out immediately)rushed us through selections, rolled his eyes behind our backs(he probably thought it was unseen by us), forgot the bread at the table until reminded, mixed up the drink orders and admonished my husband when he attempted to move a drink from my moms place to mine by saying "just put that down...just put it down". My daughter asked another server to point out the manager, who came over and began helping amid the terrible service(which mysteriously improved somewhat-imagine!).
I should have realized why there was no line at the this particular restaurant-while other restaurants in the mall had waiting lists). The food was merely adequate, although the pasta was homemade and the bread(when it finally came was good). The service was APPALLING. To add insult to injury a 15% gratuity was included in a bill where I certainly would have preferred to give this waiter NOTHING. A bad experience-but a learning one.

West Nyack, Romano's Macaroni Grill Has Closed

It has been reported recently that the Macaroni Grill in the Palisades Mall has closed. The rent for the location has increased and that was the decision for the pull out.
So no bad or good service here anymore... no service.

We were more ripped off than I thought

After submitting this report, my husband(who had paid the check) informed me that we were OVER-CHARGED 18% as opposed to the 15% which is stated in their menu.
