We decided to buy multiple products from this company which offers various media player type gadgets to hand out for xmas presents. Included in our purchase were Elclipse Duo 4gb MP3 player; Trio view 5000HD media player; trio v2400 and trio v430. We bought several of each of these items. The people we gave them to for xmas came back to us and told us the products do not work at all. We then tested and tried to troubleshhoot the operations of the products all to no avail. What you will notice when you open the packages to any of their products is a slip of paper that states, " do not return product to vender, contact support". That was deliberate, so they can keep your money and not get back tons of opened packages. We googled some of the products and found all negative reviews and the local BBB office said that they have hundreds on top of hundreds of complaints and mostly about the eclipse duo mp3 player.

Calling support was useless. they waste an hour of your time walking you through command prompts, etc, and are attempting to convince you that your computer and tv jacks are blown and that there is no problem with the product itself. They then ask that you buy an extended warranty, pay for shipping to return the product, pay for shipping to have the replacement sent and when u get the replacement, it doesnt work either. If you go back to the store where u bought the product, (in our case staples), they will not refund your money and will say that you opened the package and the item is used and you broke it and will only offer you another one which when u get that home it will not work either.

This company is a scam, buying  defective items in bulk from china, buying specifically lots that the manufacturer set aside as defective just like the Dollar tree store does (defective, irregular and out of date items). In the end we got screwed over 1000. in items that none of it works and the company refuses to make good for. Anyone. someone, a lawyer that will help file a class action lawsuit plz help us! Let's get this scamming company shut down and out of business!
