Mack Hils - Mack Pro Ripoff laid off but kept convicts wife beaters and meth heads Moberly Missouri

I was recently accused of putting a letter on the rip off report and even got 3 threatining letters from the companie's lawyers, one was delivered to a friends house another was handed to me by the cleaner for the company at my new job,I will add a copy of that later.

For one thing I want to see the crediable evidence that I authered the letter,second I my self will be seeking a lawyer for defimation of my character whoever started the rumor.

I worked at Mack Pro from approx, April 14 until october 5.I enjoyed my job there and got along good with everyone. I even got $150.00 bonus from Mike Bowlby the CO of the company for working one weekend and got alot of production done.

Mike served in the military as I did and is a fare man,most people said they didnt like him and were intimited by him why? did they have something to hide? I very much like him and worked hard for the man and got rewarded for it.

I know of some of the dirt going on there but I was new to the company and who was I to trust to report people building them selves BBQ-grills, intakes for cars, dog houses, I even was given an awesome indian chief made out of metal that hangs on my wall that was made on the laser, actually I believe everyone on night shift got one,to keep my mouth shut.

So with people threatened I feel Im being set up, I know they wont call me back to work when business picks up where they should hire me back and keep an eye on whats going out the door with people. We also had two awesome BBQ's during the summer where Mike Bowlby came in and cooked for all three shifts on his own time who or what company CO would do that? Nobody I ever worked for.

I took pride in my work to ensure parts were packed and crates were built correctly so they werent damaged in shipping. I did a neat job and helped others even if it ment me getting behind because I could easily catch up. For this to happen hurts me deeply, I agree with some of the stuff that was posted as did Mike Bowlby when he phoned me to discuss this, but this is a very segerated incident and I heard more got laid off and the ones who did deserve it.

I would love to continue my employment at Mack Pro, but I can see there believing in the rumors so...Its sad to sacrifice a good employee a high school grad and still lives by the Marine Corps standards.I will close by adding the lawyers letter.

You are to cease and desist in such publication. The continued dissemination of this info will result in litigation to be commenced against you by the company.We are willing to give you one chance to cause such info to be removed from the internet.

You are to take immediate action to cause its removal and you are to inform me of same of such removaland confirm that it is removed,in writing.You are futher instructed not to publish or cause to be published,any such additional material or other wise disseminate this material at anytime in the future.If you (1 )remove this material and cease its publication and accomplish that by close of business Nov 12 2004 and (2)do not engage in this conduct,directly or indirectly in the future,we will not commence litigation against you seeking damages or such other remedies as allowed by law.On the other hand,should you choose to ignore this offer and persist on publication,I have been instructed to proceed against you with appropriate litigation,as noted.

The only comment I have on this is that first I havent been showed anything with my name on it linking me to this second threatning letters I guess is typical for lawyers,I havent been found guilty of anything but yet this letter is so offensive and threatning.

Futher more if someother pissed off employee posts something here I will be accountable for that come on.I studied two years to be a State Trooper and go into undercover narcotic's but found my heart into building houses and carpentry which I am now back into.I know the law and my rights and I am sure this is far from over.
