HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!! WILL ONLY EMAIL. We ordered a design with flaps for insert cards as shown on their site. THEY decided to remove them even though we communicated to them that we planned to use insert cards. They tried washing their hands several times. Very shady! Use caution! They only publish testimonials that are positive and sweep the others under the rug! The invitations arrived damaged. Torn and crushed and even a few scrolls with deep ugly creases. They refused to resolve or refund our money. BUYER BEWARE. The site will make you want to order but it's not worth the headache.

False claim

The points mentioned in the report by the customer are completely untrue and is an attempt to damage the reputation of the company. The company strongly believes in utmost customer satisfaction and always tries its best to provide superior quality to its customers. The said customer claiming this report has lost the escalated claim with Paypal since none of the facts mentioned by him could be supported by any evidence and were simply based on false grounds.
