Calument, a great company, sold me a warranty by Mack Cameras for a new Nikon P7000.  The camera turned out to have a faulty shutter.  Mack Camera's warranty guaranteed prompt international service under warranty.  The company made me jump through hoops in terms of request forms, price estimate forms, price approval forms, check request forms and after 6 months, 12 emails, 5 phonecalls, they still hadn't sent me a check.

Here are the worst offenders:

Nick Eng - Operations Manager - refused to apologize for the awful service
Cheryl ? - International Department - rarely responded to emails over 6 months
Christina ? - secretary who refused to give me her full name, pass my calls through to anyone higher
