Macy's NEVER RECEIVE MY 14K GOLD NECKLACE WITH IDIAMOND ACCENT. Internet
I bought a gold necklace, but, I receive a silver necklace (much different). I call Macy's. I was told they would re-ship my gold necklace in a few days. Meantime, I mail the silver necklace from their NJ address. Never receive the gold necklace. I have numerous calls/e-mails. (I file a complaint with the BBB also. I saw numerous complaints for Macy's too). I am tired with the runaround, broken record, the stall to re-ship my gold necklace. Needless to say, I will never order/buy from Macy's. . .very frustrated.
