Mary Madaan of Madaan Cavaliers ripoff! Sold $2,169 Cavalier puppy without Pedigree or Health Certificate. Spring Texas

I purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy from Madaan Cavaliers, on November 8, 2002. I paid $2,169 for the puppy, who I was told was supposed to come with a Pedigree, and Health Certificate. I was told that her heart, eyes, hips, and pattellae were cleared by Board Certified Specialists. I did not receive any documents whatsoever on this puppy.

For almost a year I have begged and pleaded with Mary, to send me those above mentioned documents that I paid to have. I notified the Cavalier King Charles Club of Greater Houston, and explained the situation to them. They contacted her and she told them that she had been sick and that she would send them. I still do not have the documents, and she will no longer take my calls or answer my email.

In November of 2003, my dog was diagnosed with hip and knee problems. I have no documents to prove that she really has been cleared for these potential problems. I have retained every single correspondence concerning our transaction via email on my computer.

This lady has ripped me off in that I paid $2,169 for a puppy who was said to have come from parents of exceptional quality and good health. I was not provided with the proofs of that claim, although I was told I would be, and the website suggests that these documents are provided as well.
