I placed an order at the beginning of december 2016 on a french website (found through a research on Google), which is providing clothing items, especially: caps, hats, for men, and women.
I ordered on the 01/12/2016 a cap brand "Kangol" Spitfire Gavroche, price 26€60 + 10€ postage, total= 36€60, paid on the website.
I was debited on my bank account from 40€ after exchanging the payment in chinese currency (CNY), without my permission !
Three weeks later I received by post from Shangai a "ePacket" with a cap, but not at all the item I ordered: a very ordinary snapback cap, without brand , whose the value is lower than 10€...
I send several complaint messages of through the tab "contact" of the website: I never received an answer...
