I will not stop till this law firm crashes down for all the
wrong it as done..
Now here is something new that has just came to my attention. Mader &
Associates or My legal Relief it does not matter what fake name you attempt to
hide behind as I will hunt you down for what you have done to me.
I just learned that this company has hired Paul Damiano as there office manager
who is in charge of running the whole show there. Well what does this mean to
poor sap that takes his bait??? Try looking up his name on google... Oh boy..
You wanna talk about a bad seed. He has defrauded thousands of ppl all over the
country. He did 6 years in prison for Fraud.. And this is who they hire to
lead. WOW...
Just think about it.. They must hire new sales guys all the time as a boiler room such as
this must have constant flow of new phone bullshi**s each day. So who do they
learn from?? Thats right.. Yours truly.. Mr. Paul Damiano.. Look him up..
WAIT.. I'll do you one better. Here are all the links below to how he has put
your money in his pocket.. Eric Mader along with Sean Batcheler who is the companies owner and Attorney.. You should be in Jail...
Mr. Mader & Mr. Batcheler, If after seeing this you still have Paul Damiano flying your ship I hope you burn in hell. How many more people have to suffer from your wrong doing. Does it take one to commit suicide.. Sad.. Sad.. Sad..

They are now operating gunder EMA Lawfirm - - Erik M Abrams who is also associated with the other law firm names you have mentioned. The jerks need to be stopped!! There is also a ripoff repport for EMA located out of West Palm BEach. They are praying on innocent people who need assistance.

File a complaint with the Bar Association of Florida. The Bar regulates attorneys allowed to practice law in the state. Get their complaint form from them. It's online. You can fill it out and send it to them. They have the authority to suspend a license or dis-bar a lawyer and/or to charge fines.
Get the attorney where it hurts -- in his license.
I have done it with success. So far, I have gotten $4750 for a client ripped off by another Florida lawyer dabbling in the illegal. I am in the process of filing more: C. William Berger, Esq. is one of the Florida attorneys whose name comes up too often associated with these scams

So it looks like they made another name change to Perry Draper Law. Its all the same people. Paul Damiano is still running the scam at full speed. They now have added Perry Draper Law in order to get an a rating with the BBB. Here is there contact information if you want to let them know what you think.
