This Magazine Services Center as they are known repeatedly calls my wife who has dementia. They have been asked to remove her name from their calling list but continue to call her and sign her up for 4 years of Readers Digest. I have had to have these charges removed through my bank. They still call and insist that the charges are legal claiming they recorded the call that she agreed to the charges. They have no call recording warning. (I believe that is illegal.) This is an ongoing battle. I have filed a complaint with the FL DA's office.
