A used car part was bought by Justin Sobeck of Magic Auto Body.
Payment by Justin was made and later refunded per out conversation.
We agreed he would pay by check. Justin was and is happy with the item.
I called Justin about 5 or 6 times to confirm him sending payment.
He claimed to be about ready to do it and send me tracking and an email. None sent.
As nice as he presented the intent to pay, he never did pay, and probably does not care.
A greedy fool he is.
I have to ask folks Not To Trust him, or Magic Auto Body in Lemon Grove with him involved.
Many promises but no action, is his style.
