I have to update my report, because original one was not formatted properly.

This is my first report here to warn people who are looking to do business with www.buyadsensesite.com They are offering passive income stream through money making micro niche websites.

On October 5 2014 I entered into a business transaction with www.buyadsensesite.com.I bought a package called TORNADO - 10 Niche Sites with Delivery time: 25 business days(cost $1250), which I paid via PayPal to TerrenceBurley@hotmail.com. I've received email from Jason asking me to email my contact details to buyadsenseaccount@hotmail.com. I emailed all requested information on October 5 2014 to email, that was provided by Jason. Response came in 2 days later on October 7 2014 stating that keyword research is in progress and will be finished in 10 days.

According to http://buyadsensesite.com/order-process/ they do Complete Keyword Research with high CPC(cost per click) and low competition, which turned out to be not the case. But at that time I was so excited "doing business with professional" and didn't check those keywords if they are low competition, which is very important.

On October 15 2014 I have received email from Jason(buyadsenseaccount@hotmail.com) with "complete keyword research to target high CPC keywords with low - mid competition". On www.buyadsensesite.com website there is nothing about keywords with mid competition. To my surprise I've received only 5 keywords instead of ordered 10. But at that time I thought to myself - this is probably how they do it. On the same day I've registered 5 domains suggested by Jason, installed WordPress on my own hosting account and send admin login details to Jason.

On October 22 2014 I emailed Jason asking about remaining 5 websites, to which he replied within 3 hours saying that he made a mistake!!!, and will fix it within a couple of days.

On October 26 2014 I have received email from Jason(buyadsenseaccount@hotmail.com) with "complete keyword research to target high CPC keywords with low - mid competition". I've registered 5 domains suggested by Jason, installed WordPress on my own hosting account and send admin login details to Jason on October 28 2014.

On October 30 2014 I've received email from Jason informing me that my first 5 niche sites are ready to use and they are going to do off site SEO(search engine optimization), basically building backlinks to my sites. I suppose to receive SEO report in 30 days via email.

On November 5 2014 I've received email from Jason informing me that all 10 sites are ready to use and they are doing SEO for those sites and I'll get email with SEO report in 30 days.

According to the order process: http://buyadsensesite.com/order-process/ they install all the Premium SEO Plugins and a high quality design for your website - this is false statement, all plugins installed are free and not Premium SEO Plugins, for high quality design they used free WordPress themes. They also suppose to complete Offsite SEO (Link Building) work for my sites and send me SEO Reports in 30 days after the sites are finished.

I was checking my websites for Offsite SEO (Link Building) using service from https://ahrefs.com. Two weeks after sites were finished https://ahrefs.com didn't show any backlinks, three weeks later - still nothing, 30 days later I suppose to receive SEO report, but there were no backlinks on https://ahrefs.com. AlsoI didn't see visitors coming to my websites.

This didn't look right. I decided to do some research on Internet. I've used software called LongTailPro from http://www.longtailpro.com/ - 10 days free trial, and what I've discovered was shocking.

Keywords that I've received from Jason were highly competitive keywords, not even mid competition. There is no way websites built by Jason or his team can rank in Google to have visitors and make some money through Google Adsense.

To every keyword given to me by Jason there were highly optimized websites on the first page in Google with a lot of backlinks and aged domain names. In addition to that I've discovered that he plays dirty game - he sells exact the same domain names, but with different extension( for instance, he would sell you abcd.com and at the same time sells abcd.net and abcd.org to his other customers, creating competition between customers).

I didn't receive promised SEO report in 30 days, nor in 40 days, so I've emailed him asking for report. Didn't receive response, before he was replying within 3 hours. This time it was silence.

Now interesting part. PayPal gives you only 45 days to file a complaint. I suspect that Jason counts on that, this is why he gives you promises and responds quickly to emails within 45 days period, after that, he just ignores you.

My order was more than 60 days old, and in this case PayPal doesn't protect you, but I've filed complaint with PayPal anyway. Next day I've got email from Jessica(not Jason), and she was crying like a little girl - why did you open a dispute? And since you have opened a dispute, it is not possible for us to continue with our work, because we have no guarantee that we will get our money from PayPal.

PayPal didn't even let me open a dispute, it was closed right away in favor of the seller, but Jason(Jessica) used it as an excuse not to do job they have been paid for. That sounds very childish, not as serious businessman. So they refuse to do the job and refuse to refund money. This is a scam and a fraud.

I've decided to do little bit more research on this "business" from www.buyadsensesite.com. This scammer has a thread on warrior forum under user name babus, where he lies to its members about his business and how much money he makes with Adsense:

In this thread in post #389 he says: "I own 1 big website and few small websites" to make $31000.00 just in one month.

And in post #1 he presents screenshot of his earnings from 1 site - $31,807.65 for period of Jul 1,2014 -Jul 30, 2014.

In this thread in post #399 he presents screenshot "proving his earnings" for the same period of Jul 1,2014 -Jul 31, 2014, which shows $59,307.72 for 1 site, didn't he say he has 1 big website and few small websites? Notice timezone - (UTC -6) Mountain Time on a screenshot in right corner - but he is from Netherland and his timezone is UTC+1?

In this thread in post #395 he presents screenshot "proving his earnings" for one day Oct 24, 2014, which shows $5,146.99. This time timezone is (UTC +5) Karachi, Pakistan.

In this thread in post #1 he presents screenshot of "his customers earnings". Please notice screenshot with username Brute46 with post #330 and his "earnings for Jun 1,2014 -Jun 17, 2014 - $5,625.98. What is wrong with this screenshot - first of all time zone is wrong (UTC -7) Pacific Time, user Brute46 is from Pakistan with timezone (UTC +5).

If you take a look at Brute46 posts, he didn't even have Adsense account as of June 10, 2014, because at this date he posted he is looking to buy Adsense account, and he never made posts in reply to user halloween.

who is banned from that very forum for this scam. Same post can't belong to two different users, screenshot with user Brute46 earnings is fake.

User Brute46 just bought 100 sites(Limited Special Deal) about 2 months ago before screenshot(that would be 45 working days), which means at the time of the screenshot sites were not even done yet( they require 60 working days to complete).

But on warrior forum in post #405 he says to user mafai44: I think you are very new with SEO and niche websites. Which website earn money in a few weeks? Come on! Be realistic dude!
