Magic Jack Did not fix issue with the incorrect time displaying Caller ID Nationwide

I activated Magic Jack Plus on Aug 3 2015. It took them three days to port phone number from Time Warner Cable Once the port completed I discovered an issue when using the Magic Jack service. First issue is they display the phone number only and not the CNAM data. Senond issue is the time is an hour behinnd the currect time. I have chated with Magic Jack they acknowledged the issue and were aware of it but had no plans to fix this issue. They only suggested I go to their suggested features page and request for the correct time to be a feature all I got to say is wow when they said that. They refused to fix issue and would not refund money. I have canceled service and I would recomend other people to stay far away from Magic Jack considering they are a lot of VOIP companies that offer way better service.

Dispute Charge with Bank

I would file a dispute on one of the charges and tell the bank that you paid for parking you never recieved since you were not given the recipt to get the parking.
