I purchased a Magic Jack Plus and received six months free service. At the end of the six month free service Magic Jack refused to renew my service with no explanation given.

Magic Jack I purchased a one year plan. From day one, the service did not work. Texted and talked with someone from their technical support department and was told my unit does not work! He said i need a new unit.  It's been 2.5 weeks. They are ripping me off!! This is the WORST company I've ever dealt with!!

Magic Jack I called them to provide my new address. They said I need to renew now. I had noticed they had renewal options -1 year, 3 yrs, etc.. I asked about the 1 year. I was told they don't do that. I would need to do the 7 year paid in advance.  Terrible customer service. Nationwide
