I went to this site on the advise of someone. They offered a free 30 day tril for up to two units. As you go through the process, you can add extra service including extended service, rush shipment, etc. When you get to the order page, it tells you how much your card will be debited...for a free 30 day offer. I go back to the home page and try again with the same result. I never confirmed or authorized these services. I find out that the extra services are billed immediately and as I did not have funds available that day or next, I went back to the home page and ordered my two free units to try out free for 30 days. I complete my order and the next morning, my account has been charged...FOUR times. Twice for 87.80 each, then again for 43.90 and for 3.00. As it tells me to reply to the email for any questions or updates, I do. And get a return email stating that this email is no longer in service. I go back to the site and go on a live help where I am eventually put to a supervisor. I tell him to cancel any and all orders from his company and he says no problem sir, it is done. Unfortunately these four charges put my account overdrawn and cost me four overdraft charges at 34.00 each. These charges caused all the other pending charges I had to be overdrawn eventually costing me 11 different overdraft charges at 34.00 each!! All that week I had been in contact with my bank and they were kind enough to refund me 6 of the overdraft fees if I made my account current, which I had to borrow money to accomplish. During this time, I recieved a package from magic jack (which was returned to them unopened) and a week later, I was AGAIN charged 43.90 and 3.00!! This is within a week and a half and talking to numerous "supervisors" (they would never connect me to the same operator twice), clearly well within my 30 day FREE trial. They said they would return the 46.90 as soon as the package was returned but would do NOTHING about the fees they cost me for unauthorized use of my account. Now I am out 46.90 (pending reciept of my return) and will still be out $170.00. They basically told me it was my fault, they did nothing wrong and I can pursue whatever action I see fit, but they refuse to compensate me for any fees.
