Magic Kids Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered Canoga Park California

Unless you really enjoy frustration DO NOT get involved with these guys.I spent almost $1000.00 in advertising and software etc without a nickel's sales.But what really aggravates me is the total lack of service. I had business cards ( with my code imprinted on them ) on order for 6 weeks and still didn't get them. I called at least once a week to inquire about them and every time they couldn't even find the order but they had no problem charging my credit card for them. Once they agreed that I had ordered and paid for them they said they would get right on it SIX TIMES I HEARD THIS. I asked Mike to call their printer and find try to expedite the cards for me and was told " oh I don't do that".I finally canceled the program and they did credit my account for the sign up fee of $165.00 but 4 more phone calls and they still havn't credited me the $85.00 for the business cards.
These guys are a bad joke.
