Purchase a Magic Mesh screen door at the OC Fair this year, was very excited to have this product.  Unfortunately, the screen is already falling apart.  The mesh has pulled away from the binding at the top.  My biggest complaint is that there is no way to contact the company to request a replacement, not on the box or via the website.  This tells me the company knows full well that they are selling a faulty product.  I would not recommend this product to anybody.

I called the customer service number...they offered to replace the item, but wanted a credit card number.  After reading many complaints about double billing I refused to give one, the polite demeanor of the girl changed as she took my information and told me the replacement could take 6-8 weeks and there would be no way to track it.  I told her that was fine.  We'll see how it goes.
