Magic Time Motors lemon, rip off, liar,screw,you,over,big San Antonio Texas

I had financed a vehicle from Magic Time Motors. They claim to be a buy here pay here, well the only thing you buy from them is nothing really. The only thing you pay there is a over priced vehicle registration, mine was $700, a over priced insurance claiming they can get you a good deal on, $300, and the down payment, $2000. My vehicle does not cost $700 to register in the state of Texas, it is half the cost. Plus I can find way cheaper insurance through another company, just they want you to leave off the lot with full coverage insurance.

So here is my main problem, I had called and spoke to owner to let him know that my A/C was out. It was working the first day I bought it and every used vehicle must be sold with a 30 day warranty. So I called and his reply was, "Well, I never promised you anything." But yet he was bragging about how he always takes care of his customers and if they were to have a problem with their vehicle to call MTM and let them know and they will do their best to solve the problem. That statement was BS.

I have a slanted driveway and I had put on my parking brake one day. When I was getting ready to leave my house I couldn't release the parking brake. This was also before the 30 day. I called and spoke to three different people explaining what happened, and one of the employees had to nerve to say, "Well, have you googled it or maybe you can check on youtube on how to fix it." The owner actually gets on the phone finally and tells me that he can not get it fixed until Monday. Its Friday and it is 12 in the afternoon this conversation is happening. So then he continues and says his mechanic is busy for the day and he won't be able to make it out to me because he leaves at two. I don't know the guys schedule.

One last thing is, my vehicle is starting to mess up, I got it checked out and it turned out they put transmission oil that had no chemicals in it to make the transmission not work with the oil, basically water in my fluids. So therefore, my vehicle can only run for a few weeks or couple months before I am out of the transmission. Well, when you buy your vehicle from MTM they push you to a different finance company (which means no buy here pay here- MTM) and of course when you miss your payments they repo your vehicle and MTM gets the car back to resale making them more money.

Therefore, MTM is covering their butt if anything major happens to the vehicle, so its like should I get my vehicle fixed or pay the payment for a vehicle that doesn't work. Yeah, I pretty muched got sold a lemon and got screwed over pretty hard on this deal. I recommend that no one buys, finance or whatever from this dealership. They are just selling crappy vehicles at a very high escalated price. My vehicle is worth $4000, well I am paying almost triple that. The do have no credit checks and no employment verification. So that should've just been a wake up call then.
