MagicJack Stole my money and kept their product Internet

I read a couple of reports about this company. The only reason I even bought one of their stupid products is because my ex-husband suggested I get one. Worst mistake of my life. I have had people scam me but this company takes the cake. The should be called "MagicJOKE" I bought one of their defective products and sent it back to them for a return and never received a repalcement.

At first they told me in order to send me a replacement they would have to charge my card for a new one and once i received it I would just have to send the broken/defective one back to them and they would credit or release the funds back to my card. WELL OF COURSE I DISAGREED WITH THAT IDEA. So I suggested that I would send them the defective on to them and once they received that one they could just send me a new one but that did not work.

The operator refused at first saying thats not how it works and the procedure is to send my one while they charge my credit card yet again and then refund the money once they received the defective one. After threating them and complaining about the bad business they were conducting they agreed to let me send them the defective product back which by the way i paid for signature receipt to be sure they did receive it and they still have not sent me a replacement.

They confirmed they recieved their product back but could not send me a new one without charging my account. So they Have MY MONEY AND THEIR STUPID DEFECTIVE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! Thieves and Scammers is correct. I wish I could do something further to get my money back. Any suggestions?
