my only choice was to close my bank act. to stop dishonest marketer magicjack. from debit

Magicjack site hacked my order and will not rectify my situation!!

First this phone number left by magicjack 561-833-1335 is an answering machine and the message does not identify to what company it belongs!! I did the trial and love the magicjack and unfortunately recommended it to others. I placed an order for 3 magicjacks, 2 platinum packages, and rush shipping I was so impressed! What a mistake, mj billed my cc $1.00. I got a hacked order I never placed! My order was immediate payment; my email confirmation gave me that trial junk for 2 and NO PLATINUM OR RUSH SHIPPING!!!
I got it cancelled less the cc charge and my real order disappeared only the hacked order exists as cancelled. Their live help is often not available ( for billing questions, it sends you to magicfix and upgrade programs and then back to faqs page-it is an endless loop that has nothing to do with billing errors) and the email help never addresses the issue I am confronted with. My cc company advised me to have my cc numbers changed but I cannot because they have yet to bill me for the trial. They will not address my concern as to my real order and each help person has a different answer. The product has worked for me flawlessly but the fraudulent billing and order process makes me wonder if a competitor has hacked their system to destroy the company.
I will have to change my cc number and advise if you use the magicjack website to order your magicjack to change the number on any visa, debit, etc.you used there. They will bill you $1.00 processing fee that is not disclosed immediately and if you are not fortunate enough to get the hacked email order confirmation in time you will get whatever the hacker choses and will be returning stuff and have to deal with their chat, email help who will not address your concerns!!!
