magicjack Refuse to refund for non working product Internet

I purchase a one year renewal from magicjack and once my card was charge the system stop working.  I try several times to get help, only to no avail...customer service can't repair problem plus they take forever trying to resolve the issue. They keep forwarding me from tech to tech without the pproblem being resolve. Finally I told them that I cannot do this any longer just refund me back my money for the one year renewal . First they agree then I got an email from them (so unprofessional) stating that you (me) cannot and will not get any refund back! Please don't be fool; that's one reason they don't provide a phone number for their contact infromation. I will never reccommend them for phone service....they are a big Problem!
