ima try n settle any questions, i did contact them n asked about my bill, they said im entitled to my opinion about whats excessive. As far as pictures if i can figure out how to put them on here i will def do that. I did go there as quiet as a church mouse asked for the receipt went to bathroom then read material on wall until they handed me this new receipt. I didnt even get a chance to look at the receipt when i asked them if they can explain it they told me theres the door n i didnt get out of line at all cause that would ruin my chances of getting anything back. I said fine ill leave n then lifted the phone told them in taking a pic of their prices not of them n the rest is what i already said.

There were two big guys plus a large gaurd dog. But if thats too hard to beleive. Lets say i was upset n idk got loud or watever. That counter is there for their protection n they have all my info, even them saying i broke the law somehow inside does not excuse their actions, i stop explaining once police got their cause police didnt di anything for me didnt even spend two sec listening n hit me with harassment( this place is contracted by police. Im way over my head thats y i called aclu. All i wanted was to get my van back at a reasonable n legal rate.

It wasnt like they beat me to inch of my life, they did open truck door n hit me in road they did hold me down unlawfully restraining me they did kick me in groin n they did strangle me unconscience but they did not keep n keep kicking or punching me but they did have three guys over 200 lbs keeping me with my face in the pavement n 600 lbs on my back. The cop told me theres a video but when i was glad to hear it. He switched up n said if it plays, so any thing else u want me to explain ill b glad to. He does deserve prison but that doesnt do me anything for this torment. I didnt do anything wrong out of line or against the law. N i made sure to not do that. Cause from jump i felt i had the win n wouldnt do something to ruin that

Okay I am not going to say that something didn't happen...but there are quite a few things in this report that are a bit odd as there are always 3 sides to every story.  Your side, their side and somewhere in between the truth.

Now, if you want people to believe that after having your car towed, being overcharged and having to wait for a "revised" receipt you were all "Sunshine and rainbows", you may have a bit of a tough sell.

Next, when you noticed the extra charges why did you instantly go to looking up all of these regulations..etc.  Why didn't  you just contact them directly and ask?

But then we get to the real interesting part.  Just because you took one photo you are now not only being chased by employees but said employees ran you over with a truck, destroyed your phone, and continued to beat you up to the point where you blacked out.  Where that didn't even stop them as they continued until the police arrived.

Now why is this interesting?  Because you have ZERO mention of what the police did.  Since they must have saw it there were arrests...right?  You went to the hospital..right? Yet not mention.  In fact after someone beats you to an inch within your life you think the punishment needs to be along the lines of a suspension or loosing their towing license?  Ummm..what about PRISION what you described would get them several years in prision.  Yet you would be okay with just them getting suspended?  No..just doesn't make sense. 

But you not only excluded the police..you included the ACLU.  They basically handle discrimination not criminal assult.  So why would they be interested in this.

Then we get to the money.  The only damages you talk about are being able to get 3 times the total amount if they even over charge you by $1.  So based on your invoice that would be what..$975. 

One final item.  You say your camera is automatically backed up.  So why not post the pictures you took that day.  As they say a picture is worth 1000 words.

you obviously cant do anything but try n discredit me but that wont help you. Do u kno who doesnt find this funny, the attorney genera, the aclu. they think its not a coincidence magills has their fee on their wall but yet towing fees arent up there. They think that show deliberate intentions to mislead public. They dont find things such as extortion, theft by deception, misleading public, unlawful restraint, destruction of evidence, and agg assault funny. They feel these kinds of crime deserve punishment along the lines of suspension, lose of towing license. It wont b funny when all their fancy trucks sit around n collect rust. The law dont find this funny cause it states if i was charge 1 dollar above any regulation i get three times the total amount. So go ahead n make light of a serious matter, it just shows your ignorance
