I ordered some of this product as holiday gifts for clients. One client called as the package arrived completely damage. When I contacted Magnolia Bay the owner answered the phone and said that the damage was the responsibility of the shipping company and that she would not do anything as she was too busy. She completely blew me off and would not even send a new empty box for us to re-package the product. I had to go out and buy another gift for this client, I took the product back and tried it at home only to realize that it was a double rip off. This was absolutely the worst burnt toffee crap I had ever tasted. After more investigation it turned out that the seller makes this at home in her kitchen and tries to pass herself off as a high end business.

Stay away, service and product are crap.

I lost a few hundred dollars, hopefully this article will save others some money
