Maid Experts RIP OFF long beach, California

Never again. I had a an 800 sq footage apartment... WAS TOLD $28 PER HR. fine 2 ladies came so that makes $56 an hour....I wasn't told that they will charge me per maid. I didn't request to have two maids. I was pissed that they will send 2 ladies to clean up an 800 sq feet apartment. Originally booked for 2 hours... but since they were playing games on me by sending 2 maid.... I just asked for one hour.

They didnt even clean up well. For two maid I think I would have done a better job if I didnt have a leg injury MYSELF. dishes was not finished. I wasn't home at the time but they told my husband that dishes takes an hour so they couldnt finish it. It does not take one full hour to wash dishes.full of BS. dishes does not take an hour. this company will never be that success in business. TRUST ME...they deserve to be off business. I talked to the office manager he just said  "so you're not happy with the service? " and I said not all and he just said " ok thank you then hung up the phone. " VERY RUDE. trust me this company is BS.
