Mail my cigarettes - mailmycigarettes.com placed an order for cigarettes on October 17,2010. and never got my order and never got my money back Internet

I placed an order for cigarettes on October 7, 2010. I was told to western union the Money of $216.29. a lyn Arobo picked up my money. She assured me the cigarette would go out within 24 hr. when i asked for a tracking # I was told they don't give it out. their terms state that if cigarette are not received in 15 days to let them know they will either refund money or replace cigarettes. when i emailed their response was that they have to receive cigarettes back before they do anything.   I said i was going to report them and they said they will ship 1/2 the order again and when i receive they will ship other 1/2 now its been 11 weeks and i haven't received cigarettes or money. They will not even respond to any of  my emails anymore. To all of us smokers that got ripped off, dont be discouraged, I found a trustworthy company called ajcigarettes.com and they even have a toll free # you can talk to a live person. I ordered and I received my cigarettes as promised.
