Mail-Quip Inc. Owners Lisa and Fred Scannapieco Just another $8,000.00 case were they have choose to not pay. West Grove Pennsylvania

Fred and Lisa were provided with 2 Inserco Inserters/ 1 camera ready system in October of 2011. I guess they figured they didn't have to pay for the equipment they received and used. After a 5 month wait we finally  received a  $3,000.00 dollar check to cover partial costs on 2/27/2012 but it bounced. After we repeatedly tried to work with their bank, they closed the checking account. We put in multiple phone calls to Fred and Lisa for months to make this right.

We are a small company and a large amount like this has a negative effect on our costs of doing business. On 9/12/2013 we were finally able to contact Lisa directly. After numerous attempts of leaving non returned voice mail’s, she was very helpful and she seemed to want to get us paid in full at the time and told us that we should expect the full payment within days. Since then they have not attempted to pay the amount nor will they answer any phone calls or voice mails to make any payment arrangements or settle any of the debt that they know, they owe. I am disgusted that a “Reputable” company such as Mail-Quip, Inc. chooses to do business in this manner. Obviously, this is not their first time. They have done this to others as you can see; they have a few other complaints similar to my issue. It’s sad when you can not count on a person’s word, especially when it comes from the owner. I don’t like having to put in a complaint but, maybe this will get a response from someone who cares within the company. JBM is looking forward to receiving a resolution; with the payment that is owed.
