I received offers to complete Broker Price Opinions for this company. I accepted three orders for a total of $165.00.
I completed the reports, which they kicked back to me claiming the pictures are wrong (which was not true) and that they wanted me to change the report to match some other report some else did. She also gave me properties to put in the reports. This is not ethic to do since I am filling out a report to say what they want me to say, instead of my own opinion. I can loose my license by doing this. I told the lady I was out with clients and will work on the report when I am done with my client appointment. I received the following state from their company: "This is not acceptable, comp photos should never be uploaded for the subject. There are two orders that this was done on. Both orders are now going to be re-assigned. You will not be compensated for any work that has been done on either order and your profile is going to be reviewed by the vendor manager." I used my time and gas which is $3.55/gal at this time in order for them to breech their contract, and make up a lie so they wont have to pay me for the free report they receive then wanted me to alter to add the properties she wanted on the report. I will not do anything unethical to put myself on the line, so their company can lie to their customer

I think you are the boring stupid jerk who have nothing else better to do than respond to postings that speaks the truth. It's call Freedom of Speak and the company sucks! Period and as for the work I am more than able to do it as I have a COLLEGE degree unlike some people who do the work and know what is ETHICAL and what's not and leading the people to pick the properties they want and fill out the report with what they ask for and signing your name to is unethical. Period. Whose E & O insurance will be sued? The person's whose name is on the report. Get a life jerk. and Stop wasting your time. I have a right to place the ad on this board otherwise it would not be here.

Main Street Valuations (MSV) gets their orders & directions from the banks(its clients). They are clearly spelled out in a detailed email along with the BPO orders that are sent to each agent. It is up to each agent to follow the rules/orders of MSV clients, which ever bank it may be. If the agent fails to follow 100% of the rules, they will be asked to fix the issue in or order for us, the QC department to send them through for payment. I know the emails attached to the BPO orders are boring and tedious, but they are there for a reason! Sorry you had such a horrible experience, not all agents are cut out for BPO work. Your probably a better sales man then you are at following boring, precise, detailed work. I hope this helps you & others.
