I could write verbatim what the first complaint states. This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT order from them. We ordered 2 DSi's for our kids for Christmas and we've received no tracking number/no shipment notification/ NOTHING. And our order history has mysteriously disappeared. This company is a FRAUD. We are fighting to get our money back.
