I have been working as a NABPOP Certified agent for over 4 years in the Texas area. I have seen a few companies come nad go and sometimes you do get burned with unpaid orders. However Mainstreet or BPOFulfillment as they are called now tops the list on sleazy. I have orders due for almost a year and continue to get solications for work. Not only do they close but when you call and ask them where payment is they act like you are the most unreasonable person on the planet for even asking. Like how dare I... When a company takes longer to pay me $45 dollars for a residential BPO then I guess they are going broke or run by crooks. What a shame. We are all hurting and if they think I like doing these stupid time consuming orders they are crazy. To make someone who is already struggling spend gas money and lots of time doing thier work then never paying them. well that is the low of the low. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY...

BPOFulfillment - Avoid

AUTHOR: Willy - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, July 09, 2014

Mainstreet Valuations use to be a great company to do BPOs for, but they changed ownership, became BPOFulfillment and the quality quickly dropped. They changed their operations, the order reviewers seemed unknowledgable of real estate and how to do their jobs. Pay time frames went from 30 days to 60 days. Then once again in the 3rd qtr of 2013 it seems that BPOFulfillment changed owners again. Things became even worse. At one point I had 8 completed BPOs where 4 were paid within the 60 days, but the other 4 hadn't been paid. And they were all completed and submitted at the same time. It took another 3 more months to finally get paid. The company is allowing people to use auto-accepters and babysitters to accept work when in their own contracts they say they will drop you if you are caught using an auto-accepter or have people babysitting the account to grab orders.

The company is also using some sort of software that sends out blanket e-mails of available BPO orders, but when you log in to accept the available order, a notice pops up saying that another agent has 5 minutes to accept the order before you can accept it. If you are lucky enough to get a BPO order, the system is so flawed that it does not show it. I have even had where I had accepted an order, placed in my "in progress" section and had someone at the company remove it out of my account and gave the order to someone else.

Though I have always been paid for the work I have completed, as slow as it has been to get paid, it has gotten to the point that it has taken 6+ months just to be paid. Along with the other problems that have come up, this company is best to be avoided. I was recently able to log in and thought that I had accepted an order, I had the notification that I had an accepted work order, only to not see the order in my "in progress" area.  Calling the company is useless.
