This doesn't need to go sideways, however, if you shut down the our site, change passwords or do anything to cause an interruption or interference with our business activities, I will respond accordingly with a cease and desist, a suit for damages and with any and all other legal remedies available.  The reason we are not going to continue to pay for your service is that our team has written the entire website more than 3 times. I have multiple drafts each over 10 pages long that took you months to implement. James did not anticipate he would have to pay a staff to create the site and continue to edit your misspelled words and material mistakes. There is still no live chat, click to call and the information request doesn't show up to any of our emails. We have requested this multiple times. Additionally, it took over 4 months for a Facebook page to get set up, and you set it up with the wrong company name.  Further, you have only posted twice. The hours are wrong on Google- it shows the office is closed today. The busiest day of the week. The company doesn't not show up unless the site is entered directly- so whatever SEO work you have been doing has not worked whatsoever. None of the other social media has been set up and no passwords have been delivered. James has paid you thousands of dollars for his logo, to set up and host his web site and to set up the rest of the social media.  You have not finished setting up the social media accounts and I still get calls daily that our Google+ is still not set up. I request that you finish these items that you have been paid for. If you want to provide a reasonable quote to continue to host the website, please send it to my attention at this email and a decision will be made by Tuesday. Otherwise, I will move the hosting to another provider by November 13, 2015.  Even if we agree, in writing, that you will continue to host the site, please discontinue any other activity on behalf of our company unless it is finishing the social media sites you have already been paid to do.
