Majestic Benefits ripoff of the elderly, ill and stressed Champlain New York

i was contacted by these people on my cell phone. few people have that number so i can only figure that majestic somehow got it from cingular. i was told they were a credit repair agency and would remove old info from my credit report and issue me a $5000 visa card. and 2 months later nothing has happened. i have filed paperwork w/ my bank for the return of my $299 and informed them that this company is a ripoff. also i have the FTC fraud number- 1-877-438-4338 provided to me by the bank. since this is happening to many florida residents i am also calling the state fraud people when i find the right number to try to stop this.
