  1.  They claim to not have records of your purchases
  2. When you nenew for more than one year, they give you a year and then cut you off.  then they claim they do not have a record of your longer term purchase
  3. MJ does not work with certain conference call lines and toll free numbers, you have to pay to use those lines
  4. MJ shows off-shore ownership
  5. The WPB address is not the company
  6. Go ahead, try and get a refund!!!
  7. Chat support is a farce

Is it IRONIC or MORONIC that a company that sells phone service does not have phone support?

 I also bought a Hyundai, one of the least expensive (cheap) cars on the market.  You know Sonata, "So not a" Mercedes, "So not a" Jaguar... BUT despite the cheap price, I get EXCELLENT customer service.  And, a better warranty than many more expensive vehicles.  MJ, yes it is a cheaper alternative, and "cheap" is a great way to describe the company.  If the chat service had resolved the issue, I would not have been cheesed off.

SO, before you take a bullet from them, do the math and figure out the profit model...I bet they could well afford real customer service.

Also, it would appear they are collecting sales tax and not paying it to the State (FL) for out of State sales.  It is not hard to see who one is dealing with.

Is it too much to ask them st stand behind their product and have typical business records, like a purchase history?  Is it too much to ask that they deal honestly?  How much does that cost.

I am glad you never buy the "cheap" alternative.  Yes, I also fly Southwest, but just because they are the cheap airline, I still expect that they handle my money honestly, get me there safely and on time, account for my purchases, and have live phone support...all without selling phones themselves...and if you have ever called SW customer relations, they are the BEST (and cheapest).  How can you sell phone lines and not use them?  Is the service so bad even the company itself does not use their own product...phones???????

 Isnt it ironic that a consumer is expecting to get more then they paid for? Lets face it...YOU WENT CHEAP!! You get what you pay for. You CAN NOT EXPECT the same level of service vs. companies like ATT. Landline companies have infrastructure, customer service support, technicians. What does Majic Jack have?? Chat support, thats it. All you did by posting this is show exactly how small your thinking is. Youre expecting something for the NOTHING your paying.

And you call them moronic.....
