Majicjack "exactly" Unauthorized Funds False Advertizing Free 30 Day Trial Billed Before I Hung Up! I responded to TV ad majicjack, for "unlimited local, long distance etc FREE TRIAL PERIOD NO BILLING 30 DAYS... I ordered 2. Was told by representative trial applied to BOTH I confirmed 3 tx NO Billing for 30 days I SPECIFIED I was NOT authorizing ANY payment for 30 days. Assured I would not be. Jacked from my acct. immediately, phone runaround. Return ONLY OPTION, & another catch 22! ILLEGAL Pine Grove California

when i click the link it doesnt work. so i did the online chat with CS. they canceled the order but not refund the amount. so the next morning i did the live chat again and they told me it should be there shortly. it has been almost 5 hours nothing yet i will give it until tomarrow then try this again to get my money back. I am a single unemployed father and this money was for food not for thier pockets. i

I have had a Majicjack for 2 years and have recommeded it to all my friends. Where else can you get unlimited long distance in all of North America at $20 for a year or $12 a year on a five year prepaid fee? The usb connector is a one time fee of $20.
Any time you get a free trial period they charge your credit card immediately. I have phoned for help, followed the procedures, and got help. Try phoning Dell Computers if you want some fun.
I call the US and Canada from Panama an average of about 3 hours a week, and it costs me $12 a YEAR, that's $1 a month, and I have a Washington phone number that will put calls on my computer in Panama.
If you have a very slow internet connection, your voice quality will be bad, whatever service you use, so if this doesn't work for you, nothing will.
THERE IS NO FALSE ADVERTISING it works and it is rediculously cheap, no other service comes anywhere close to that price. My cell down here charges 10 cents a minute for local calls. On Majicjack's calling plan, I can use my number in Washington and call Panama City, Panama for 4 cents a minute. Come on .. do the math.
Don't believe any of these belly acher who complain about Majicjack. This is the very first time I have rebutted any thing of the net, but you guy need to have someone put the truth out there.
My advise .... get one, you'll love it.
