As many other RE agents at Major Enterprises, Inc. I am also a victim. I didn't get my commission since mid February, 2010.

We all know how long in this economy it takes to buy or sell a house. Hopefully couple months of work will bring you a paycheck. That's pf course if your broker will pay you. If you are considering working with Major or already are think twice! Many agents didn't get paid for the last few months already.

Also be aware of Agency Agreement. Look at all the rules Art has created to protect his company from YOU! He is threatening some agents with that but doesn't obey the rules himself. Oh, and he will try to accuse you of doing something wrong so he doesn't have to pay. I haven't done anything wrong and was assured with empty promises to be paid.

Currently I am working with an attorney to sue Major for all financial and emotional stress he caused me and he will have to pay unless he is going bankrupt (which certainly might be his plan once he is sued so he doesn't have to pay anyone and will keep doing his dirty work till then).

I encourage all victims get together and get OUR money that we worked so hard for.
