Major L .Anderson empty promises Halethorpe Maryland

I knew Major L. Anderson in 2007 through Yahoo Dating site. After a year of dating he asked me for loans of $3000.00 each for two loans.. for his mortgage payment totaling $6000.00. In the first year he paid only $1000.00 and then he default his payment. Due my finances difficulty I been asking him for my rest payment.  He started to pay since July 2016 for the sum of $100.00 at the beginning of the month by cheques or cash. This year in March 2017 he default payment. Despite of my numerous  phone text messages. He chose to ignored. I even warned him not  to pushed me too far that I would take  action against him. He was arrogant and didn't acknowledged my text. And so I am here to demand my rest of the payment of $4,200.00.
