Major World Queens, NY Rip off. Queens New York

I have purchased a vehicle that at the moment it was offered to me for 13+ interest rate.  When I questioned the dealership about it, they replied I can do a refinance within 6 months for sure.  I tried to do that, but the bank Wells Fargo said no. Wells Fargo replied Major World do that all the time to get customers into signing.  I tried to returned the vehicle, but the bank threatened me that it would affect my co-signer.  My credit at that time was very minimal and it was 715 credit score, but only had student loans.  That is why I needed a co-signer.

I got stucked because I wanted to b e responsible and needed the vehicle to get a better job, and get to college which I did achieved both things.  This is very unfair to hard working people or anyone period.
