I ordered Hawaiian Lenin white suits for my fianc and son for our wedding in August. I was excited to see the High Quality suits I orders from Make Your Own Jeans .Com. when the suits arrived I was not at all impressed. The color of the suits ha visible stitching on both suits. The material is very cheap. I ordered lining inside of my fiances pants and it doesn't even come down to his knees. Peeked caller and its more round then peeked. The suits arrived with dirty spots on then as if they where handled with dirty hands and some kind of black animal hair. My fiances suit has a small red dot on the front that looks as if some one pocked them selves with a needle and got blood on it. And worst of all the Pre- Sized kids chart is off. My sons suit was way too big for him. Or latest that's what I thought tell I measured the suit they sent me and found it was even bigger then there own size chart. Mind you I have limited time to send both suits back because of the wedding. I have no clue what im going to do to find my son a new suit that matches my fianc by August. Here are all the messages they sent me when I asked to return the item in exchange for the next size down.

I understand that I chose a size 7 from your PRE- size chart and checked my son with ur measurements and like I said the pants fit. But for some reason ur jacket is too large. My son is 8 years old going on 9 and usually he fits all size 7 clothes. With this jacket being rather large, im having to go down to a size 6 for an 8 year old boy. This is not common. So please understand why I need to return the item. Could you please provide me with a return address as I do not see one on the linked page.

We have made as per the size what you have selected from our website.

Our return policy even applies to ready size garments.

We really do not have any reason to give you suits which will not fit you.

Since it is a kid suit we can just offer you 10% product discount availing which you can reorder just the jacket as per your requirement.

May I remind you of what your Return Policy say's "If our measurements differ from what you submitted we will replace the jeans/garment with a new one absolutely free of charge on return of the old jeans/garment for us to check, the customer just has to send the product at their cost, as these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refunds.

It dose not say that you will give me a 10% discount on a new Jacket and I did use your size chart. It said he was around the size 7 suit but when the jacket got here it was too large. I need the smaller jacket. And with the children's suits they only come Pre- sized not costume made. I bought both my fianc and sons suits for our wedding from your sight. My husbands fits almost perfectly. But my son's was too big. I need your address to resend this suite "absolutely free of charge on return". I'm  at the point that I would like a contact number and address for the company's owner, and possibly  reporting you to the better business burro.  I really don't want to have to do that to your company and contacting my bank and reporting fraudulent product. I hope we can resolve this problem ASAP. As for my the quality of your suits they defiantly are not the best. The stitching under the caller and around the peeks is very poorly done. At this point i'm pressed for time and already have my husbands suit at a local shop for another $125 worth of alterations and they said my son's suit would coast more in alterations then it's worth. I want to return the suite weather you give me back my money or just replace it with a size 6. I will return the suite if I have to return it to the same address on the mailing respite or what ever address you supply me with. So please make this right.

To start with I measured the jacket you sent me. the chest of the jacket is 34in , the sleeves are 18 in, the length of the jacket is 22in, and the shoulders are 14 in. so the jacket is bigger then the size chart said it should be.  My sons measurements are 31.5 chest 22in length 13 shoulders and 17 sleeves so I ordered the size 7 jacket. This was the closest to his size without going to small or at least I thought it was.  When the jacket arrived too big I realized I needed the smaller size because your sizes run big. So that's why I requested to return it . Also the stitching around the caller is horrible. So that's where u guys went wrong . You over sized the jacket from the size chart and the quality of the garments are not what you clamed they would be.  But once again I do not have the time to send back both suits and I would like my fianc and son to match on out wedding day. Once again what are you going to do to fix this problem. all im requesting is an exchange.

Once again im requesting the Return shipping address from you. If the return address is the same as your third party address on the mailing lable  606, V.K.Ind Est, Pais Street, Byculla (W), Mumbai 400011 India ill ship it there if you would like. I contacted the shipping company you shipped the product through and they told me to contact you and get the Import account number from you and they will pick up the product today. The garment coast me $105.00. It only coast you $25 to ship it to me. And without the Import number DHL is quoting me $77. This is ridiculous. I believe the reason you state on your return policy that the customer needs to cover the shipping coast is because your aware of the high shipping coast to non DHL clients. And your betting on them not returning the item. If you are willing to send me the Import number Or send me a pre paid shipping slip  I will cover the $25 shipping coast. But im not going to pay another $77 dollars to ship a product to you that was not what I ordered. Or the high quality product you clamed it would be on your sight and it was not . At this point you guys are a fraudulent company and you need to make this right.

They have yet to respond to the last 2 messages. So I contacted my bank and filed a claim. Please don't make the mistake I did and use there services for a special occasion. Now i'm screwed for my wedding .
