In July of last year we looked for a rental property to move back to Florida. We found this property available at a reasonable price and asked the real estate agent Christel Liscomb if the property was in foreclosure and if it was behind on payments. we are assured it wasn't. upon move in we were assured that by the time we moved in it would be free of the infestation of lizards and rats (included in our lease agreement) as well as the broken window (baseball size hole). We were told the property would be cleaned and fixed to be ready for a tenenat. Once we moved in. Max said to no longer contact the agent and to fix the property and 'take it off the rent" month after month repair after repair. Our furniture and television were destroyed after we realized water was coming in from the wall through tthe stucco. Maksim told us to reapair, (never realizing all repairs, real estate agen fees, and anything else regarding the property was charged to us) and to deduct from rent.

Everytime we asked to deduct that month from rent he said to wait until the next month. Then, our nightmare arrived, we were contacted by the bank with a notice of foreclosure to not just Inox Llc but the REAL owners. We told Max we not longer trusted him and would continue to pay him per our agreement but asked if he could ok FINALLY deducting repairs from rent as 8 months had past and to use the deposit as Mays rent leaving us with nothing more to pay. This way we could move on and leave him to his SHADY deals. He was upset that we responded to the bank per the court documentation and was actually upset we REFUSED to renew our lease for the property he was loosing to the bank. He Then Decided after TAKING OUR MONEY that he'd file for an eviction. He Has Kept our money and them processed an eviction which he KNOWS D***ED WELL IS FRADULANT. He has an attorney that KNOWS JUGDE KING and Will do the same to you!!!

STAY AWAY FROM ANYONE THAT HAS ANTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, FILE COURT ACTION AGAINST YOU AND BE ABLE TO DO SO BECUASE OF THEIR CONTACTS AT THE DADE COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER!! IN THE NEXT FEW MONTH THEY WILL BE FORECLOSUED ON AND IN THE MEANWHILE THEYRE ILLEGALLY AND IMMORALLY PUSHING TO MOVE US OUT SO THEY CAN COLLECT FIRST LAST AND SECURITY FROM SOMEONE ELSE UNTIL THE FORECLOSURE IS COMPLETE AND YOU ARE OUT ON THE STREET!! ***** ******* ****** WILL BE FORECLOSED ON DO NOT RENT!!!
