 I am Terri, Owner of Malibu Sunrooms. We want all of our customers to be happy! Jack Rediger is no longer with the company. If you have a service request, please contact our office. Generally, we can take care of anything within 2 -3 weeks, unless it is an emergency, such as a door or window not locking. Our service request list is very short, so please call as soon as possible.
