Mall of Georgia Ford Buford Georgia Deceptive Sales and Service tactics on certified pre-owned vehicle Buford Georgia

 I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang convertible pre-owned certified vehicle from Mall of Georgia on December 17th 2015 with 34180 miles on it. January of 2018 the problems started. It now has a little better than 42000 Miles it has a bad top I've had to replace all 4 tires has a vibration coming from the drive shaft I have recently found out from a third-party Body Shop it has been wrecked in the rear end I have had electrical problems with the radio turning on and off now the backup camera works occasionally. On several occasions I have contacted Mall of Georgia and talk to two different people the first was Sterling Oliver sales manager the second was Joel Hall director of operations who informed me that I bought a used vehicle and to deal with it. I have had it at two different dealerships it is been aligned three or four times I've had to put 4 brand new tires on it it has been to a body shop now the back passenger window does not go up all the way. I have contacted Ford's customer relations who has actually open the case the customer relations representative assigned to my case is Gabrielle Colimon who is this point is going to assist me with $2,500 of a $5,700 bill to replace the top the headliner and a regulator in the back passenger window which will not help the leaks do not have anything to do with the gaskets the bumping the drive shaft the tires I put on it or any of the service charges that I have paid or any of the payments to third parties to find out that it was wrecked and why it was bumping.
