Mama's And Papa's ripoff Englewood New Jersey

Beware do not put your pet in danger! I got my dog for his regular grooming. The groomer confesses she cut my dog in his inner thigh and he has 3 blade cuts. According to the owner of Mama's and Papa's it was a mistake and it's no "big deal". She also stated my dog is not bleeding. Meanwhile I see that he was bleeding and they put some cream on him. They laughed it off saying it was an accident it is nothing for me to worry about. I called my mom and asked her to come over and see what had happen. After complaints and they apologize few times, I paid the bill. When I went home and saw the cuts again, the cuts were awful. The cuts are wide and long, these can lead to infection, so I opted to take him to the Veterinary before anything serious happens. I can't help myself to be more cautious and I took the visit to my Veterinary. Luckily, the Veterinarian examined him and treated his cuts.


With his advice, I am following his instructions to let the cuts heal. I got billed for his services, which I paid. The next day, I went back to Mama's and Papa's to inform them the cuts were not something to laugh about or minor. First of all, no professional groomer should leave cuts on the pets. Additionally, the way the owner took this situation or incident was inappropriate and out of line. When I confronted that I took my pet to the Veterinarian and I had to get him treated. She goes off saying, "The cuts are not serious and there is no need for you to go visit a Veterinarian." As I tried to explain, she raised her voice and got violate. She was hysterical and started calling me names and cursing. This is no way to treat a customer when it was your employee's account. I left my pet in good faith and paid for good service. However, I did not get any of these at Mama's and Papa's. Instead my dog got a bad grooming plus with a bad wound and didn't get a refund for their bad service.
