Management Resources, Inc. James W. Heineman Does Not Even Pay His Employees Fort Worth Texas

James W. Heineman, supposed owner of Management Resources, Inc., located in Weatherford, TX, had been pursuing my recruiting services for 9 years, but I had strong intuition that it was NOT a smart idea, especially since he had made numerous remarks about how pretty I am, why don't I have a man, and, when asked, "What can I do to help you, Jim?", his reply would be, "Find me a loose woman; you know any?"  However, there came a point in time when I was laid off and really needed to work as soon as possible, when Heineman pursued my recruiting skills again and asked me to meet him at his Weatherford, TX office at 200 Palo Pinto St., Weatherford, TX  76086.  I agreed to meet with him to discuss work opportunities with Management Resources, Inc.  The first thing he said when I walked into his office was, "Wow, you look great!"  That was my clue again to stay away.  He then told me that he was looking for someone to buy into the company, to which I responded, "Well, if you are looking for some money to invest, it is not me however, I can help you in your recruiting efforts."

We met again in July and agreed upon a salary, NOT a commission or percentage of collections, to which I agreed.  He also stated that he was attempting to get additional funding to help grow the business, another clue I should have taken more seriously.  I started to work with him on August 1, 2016, both at the office and remotely.  I assumed, per Texas Payday Law, that I would receive my mutually agreed upon salary on a regular, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly salary.  I assumed WRONG.  I told him I would be patient, but I need to be paid as quickly as possible.  My son was getting married at the first of September; I told him that "I have to be paid before the weekend", to which he replied, "I won't be able to pay you for two more weeks, as I am awaiting invoices to be paid."  I told him, "That is not my problem.  We agreed to an annual salary, which is $xx monthly and send him information from the Texas Payday Law, stating that employees have to be paid on a regular basis, no exceptions."  I called many times, sometimes 2-3 times per day, texted his cell phone, called his cell phone.  The only response I got was "You better not file anything against me.  You'll never get your money if you do that."  He also continued to threaten me with never getting paid.  I obviously had worked TOO long for this fraud.  I let a friend overhear the conversations to make certain that someone else heard it.  All of those weeks passed and he began not responding to any emails or clues.  A report has been filed with Texas Workforce Commission and legal counsel retained.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOTAL FRAUD!  He is a con man of another kind.  How he could EVER have any professional contacts in the healthcare who are not on to him, leaves one in dismay.  Now, he is threatening me with the non-disclosure agreement I signed upon hire...I see why he does not want anything about his fraudulent practices disclosed!
