management systems (kermit) i was doing landscaping they paid me 1/2 of pay an never paid me the rest of my money i earned.Kermit said the bank is seeing were the wire transfer came from.but thats a lie they can see a wire tranf anyone that havnt been paid by this company put a lien on all the propertys that you have worked on!!!1 Internet

i have been doing the landscaping for this company from this date of hire on the internet Thursday,08-13-09 --09-04-2009.i gave them my bid price of 14 houses at 445.00 they cut the prices in half.so i agreed on line to do the work.Me an one of the management guys (art) meet .he was getting to see who was going to be working for the company he's working for.so he asked me some thing about how much would i charge for just cutting then he asked about edgeing prices.i gave him good prices.he gave me the ok to start working.                                                                                                        

This first yard he gave to work on was 1220.00 he said dont worry the company i work for they will pay you so i did the work eight days later when everything is cut down an its time to haul an debris removal they want to naigotatate.he say they not going to pay that what your invoice is asking we then started arguing.about the price.i told him i am not going lower than 820.00 so we agree so he say ill get you half of your money to day he comes back with 410.00  i go an cash the check get the trailer over the weekend i clear the yard. i call him monday for the rest of my money.i asked him do i need to put another invoice in he say no i will just use the one you gave me cause they put half of payment on the check.i say okay(art)i need to get paid i am out of gas an my weed wacking matirals has run out. friday about 10:00am...  I have worked on other yards for this company.i gave the other invoice to (art) he say that you do good work an he like my work friday 3pm i call (art) on his cell phone.an ask have they cut the checks he says no but most defently you will be paid monday...then its thursday then promise me friday.MONDAY then i go an sit at the office an wait to talk to the guy (KERMIT)ALL OF THESE PEOPLE BOSS.....                           

i push the door bell one of the women buzz me inn.. i ask her when is kermit inn she said no but he he will be in about 10:30am okay 1:00pm kermit pulls up we wave at one another.he has an invester? with him so they sit in the car for 40minutes talking then they get to the sidewalk.i get out the truck lock my doors.kermit walks up an say hi you doing.i said kermit i need to get my check from you so i can put gas in the car and get me more supplyies.okay let me see what i can do for you.we go in to the office.kermit say let me see if the wire tranfer has made it.he comes back yes its in just hold on.i will be back.i sit in the lobby 1hour pass he comes back no check but another escuse.the bank has to see were the wire came from.i said when money is wired to a bank or an account dont the bank see that anyway.he started with more lies.then his phone started ring.the guy in the back is calling him more lies to tell me.then he got off the phone an said when i clear eveything up i will call you to pick up you check.now hes never in the office.an art say when i call him geral man i did my part on submitting the invoices.so anybody that works for this company an dont get paid put a lien on the propertys so you can get your payment.
