Manhattan Resources Chris Schoettelkotte Terrible workplace; owner talks down to everyone; sleeps with his employees Houston Texas

Absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. Owner disrespects everyone he talks to. Non stop talks crap about everyone, including employees. He thinks he is the best recruiter in the industry, and he thinks he offers the best comp plan in the industry. Chris Schoettelkotte is the most unprofessional, immature "professional" I have ever seen. 

Chris Schoettelkotte divorced his wife and then decided to hook up and start dating one of the managers there named Holly. Not only did he date her, but come to find out, they have a baby together now! Which doesn't surprise me one bit. I honestly would not recommend anyone work for him, or this company. He talks a good game and sells his company so well, but seriously do your research about this place before going there. 

Their payment plan is terrible and from what I heard, may be illegal. They offer you a base "DRAW", when they do this, they do not take taxes out, or insurance. They only take taxes and insurance out of commission checks. They do NOT offer any vacation, or sick time. I needed to take off a couple days and they docked my pay, and would not pay me for those days. 

I cannot express how careful you need to be with Chris Schoettelkotte. He is a rich, immature, disrespectful person who does nothing but talk down to his employees. He thinks his clients are better then they are, and honestly, he thinks he has better relationships with them then he does! I personally have heard his "amazing clients" talk extremely bad about Chris.

He has broken the law multiple times by asking people their age during interviews, which me and other employees witnessed. He has also made very strong racial remarks against people and is very picky on the age of candidates he moves forward with. If we came to him with a resume of someone from a foreign country, he would automatically say no.
