We were browsing the web when this online video game store popped up; the prices were good so i ordered a game.

I had to wait a while for the game to arrive but it did & it was a good sale!

My partner saw this & ordered a game too.

Unfortunately her game never arrived.

When she called them they agreed to refund her money & claimed they did refund it later but she never saw an actual refund.
The only thing she saw was an invoice claiming she was given a refund she never got.
